scrollbar disappears on mouseover

Hi Aymeric,

I just saw a scrollbar issue reported, but here's a different one. I see a very narrow scrollbar on the web version (chrome browser), but as soon as I mouse over it, the bar disappears. It does work to click where the scrollbar used to be and drag, but it makes things a bit confusing.
