My account is set on 24 hour mode. It works.

When I add a particular event in the calendar it offers AM/PM mode. How to change it to 24 hour mode?

Ah, I am sorry for missing the screenshot. So yes, in the time picker format it is 12H clock? However, it shows right on the time bar just below the picker input box I believe.  Thanks for sharing the details. We will try to fix it in the upcoming release.

Thank you.

May I ask to share the screenshots of the issue, please. We are unable to replicate this.

Thank you.

Hi, I have the same problem with the desktop app. Time format is set to 24 hour clock, as in your explanation, but task times are still in AM-PM format.

Please help me solve this problem.

Thank you.

Hi there,

You can update the time format from the "Account Settings" page under the "Preferences" menu as shown below :

Let me know if it doesn't help.

Thank you

I have the same challenge - it is very annoying having to mentally convert times from 24 hour to 12 hour timing in spite of account setting
