what happened to my journal? and why do you not have live chat help?

Hi I am on trial version of ultimate but I cannot see the vision or Journal Buttons? are these no longer working?
Hi, we just released a new version that had a bug hiding the journal link. We have fixed this.
Also, we only restrict the live chat for limited use cases, otherwise our small team would quickly get overwhelmed.
