Whenever I enter a high number value in the Target field, it is not taken over correctly when saving. Also visible in the screenshots. Is there a solution?

Whenever I enter a high number value in the Target field, it is not taken over correctly when saving. Also visible in the screenshots. Is there a solution?
Would you mind of sharing the video screen recording? May be that helps our dev.
I record the process & now it works. I don't change anything. But thanks for the support.
