Hi,
I have had a similar problem to a couple of other users on here.
My information is lost and i'm a pro user and its treating me as a new client.
The email I'm using is correct as this is the only email address I use and all correspondence and reminders come to this address.
Please resolve quick

Your registered email address ends with @gmail.com but you logged in with @googlemail.com which is considered a different email address by the system.
