have to close and open to refresh

Across my devices (Windows 10 Laptop, Windows 10 Surface, iPhone XR), i have to close and re-open the app for it to syncronize with other devices' tasks/boards etc? Please assist

And there is a refresh option in the Windows app also.


It is a bit annoying having to press that if I want to sync, but I can totally understand why it is done this way, and I can live with it.

Hi!

On mobile devices, there is a refresh button. If you add a task from the web and wants to see that in the app, you may need to click this refresh button. Is it not working for you?
