Rich text for mission and values

Hi Aymeric,

The app is really great.

I was thinking that it would be nice if the visions and values fields were richtext fields with the ability to add formatting (bolds, italics, lists, ...etc).  I think this would aid in presentation and imagine it would not be too hard to implement.
