How do I move project subtasks in the 4 quadrants?
When I try to move subtasks for project to a different quadrant they don't move there. Only the whole project with all subtasks move there, how to do it?

If you want to change the quadrant of a subtask, it is better to edit the subtask itself, rather than use the Quadrant view.
Do I understand well what you are trying to do? You are trying to drag a subtask from a parent task inside the Quadrant view?
