Scroll has stopped working

The Scroll wheel on my mouse no longer works on WeekPlan (although does on all other sites). Also the Scroll bar on the right of the planner page has disappeared unless weekplan is minimised to a single day. Consequently I can no longer scroll down a day in week view and cannot drag and drop actions to other days unless they are at the top of a day's list.
