Refund to Weekplan charged me $400 - have not received e-mail since over a year ago

I subscribed to weekplan last year for $104

This year exactly one year later, my bill automatically charged to my account is $401.

I would like a refund please.

I could not find an e-mail address for the program or a phone number.
