Recurring events showing up in Calendar view one hour earlier

This phenomenon appears to happen only with recurring items; the Handbell Choir item is a recurring Google calendar item and the Opening and Focus Time entries are recurring Outlook calendar items. Time zone settings are all consistent and non-recurring items on either integrated calendar show up in Calendar view at the appropriate times. Note that the correct time appears in the item itself, but the item does not align correctly in Calendar view.
