TASKS KEEP DISAPPEARING! YES, I KNOW I AM USING ALL CAPS, AND THAT IT IS OBNOXIOUS. I have brought this up NUMEROUS times, and no one is fixing it. When I slide tasks from one day to another, some of them are blurry, and then disappear.

I went back to using an older version of your product, and that seemed to solve the issue.  Now, the default is the new version, which is where this keeps happening.  Figure it out, switch me back to the old product that works, or I'm out.  Please respond to me today!  I am using Chrome, FYI.

Hi Andy, do you have any filtering enabled on your web version? The fact that the Mac version can give you a link for the task means that the task is indeed on our database. So if you can't see it, there is something going on with your local settings.

I have the same problem, sometimes the blur disappears after some time but many times it doesn't and a triangle appears. It's really problematic, weekplan really has a TON of bugs like this, a year has gone by since sswaggerty reported this and the issue hasn't been fixed and it seems like it's never going to be fixed. It's really a pitty, I really like the features in Weekplan but it really is a headache to use it.

Generally the task goes blur when it still saving the task in the planner or wait to save the task. But sometimes when this saving process. could't complete due to issue like internet or session timeout, you won't see these tasks in your board.

This issue is still open and is very frustrating. I have been fighting against this problem since I joined WeekPlan. This issue is causing massive time lost and confusion in my life. It´s not acceptable that meetings suddenly disappear. We base our private life and professional work on this tool!! 

I will briefly try to explain the problem. 

Before all:

  1. The issues appearance is sporadic therefore I cannot exactly identify where the problem is;
  2. it appears on an all devices equally (so the problem is not in the browser device ecc...).
  3. I always make sure the event is not blurry anymore, so I know it has been saved correctly.

Not to the issue:

  1. I have created a long-term goal in my objectives. 
  2. I have set this to last 8 weeks long by using the "Quarterly tool" inside Objectives (basically I select 8 gray boxes from the week I begin the first time). 
  3. I have also created 8 High Impact Task(HIT) for this objective pointing each to a different week (W1, W2, W3, …).
  4. Each Sunday I plan my week and set the corresponding Week-Task (for example W1) for the following Monday.
  5. At this point I make this event repetitive for the hole week (total 7 repetitions for the HIT called W1 of my goal ABC). 
  6. I might change the time of the event on single days individually, making sure I select to edit only that day.
  7. At this point some or all event disappear of this series disappear.

Other times Event disappear just after I change their time in the Week Calendar.

I seriously ask for support on this topic ASAP.  If not solution come out, I am out. The idea behind Week Plan is very great, though this and other problems that I still have do not make the price worth.
