Horizontal scroll

I would like to have horizontal scrolling through the parking lot lists. I can imagine that with the normal scroll wheel this will be tricky to implement due to the responsiveness of the site.

But, for example, in chrome it is possible to scroll horizontally by pressing the SHIFT key while using the scroll wheel. Would it be possible to make the lists respond to this?
