Tasks appearing on the wrong day

A lot of birthday reminders have all appeared under today's date. The fact that they are all bday reminders and under the same role is the only pattern I see. Do I have to go through each of them and reset? That would be really annoying.

I will use this post to also mention that there have been a lot of bugs lately, especially with the recurring tasks and it affected my trust in your product. If things do not improve considerably soon, I will have to discontinue my plan and ask for a refund.

Hi there,

My sincere apologies for the late reply. May I ask you to check the automatic rollover task settings in your Team settings page as shown below:

If these settings are on uncompleted tasks will be rollover to the next day.

The first checkbox is on. However, one event that is set to repeat yearly on Nov 16th, does NOT appear for 11/16/2020. So, I would have expected to see the Nov 2019 uncompleted event to be rolled over to today's task AND still see the Nov 2020 event scheduled for its normal time, which is not the case. So many of my recurring events are messed up! Reminders that I was relying on! And while I appreciate the reply, I would have liked it sooner.

Could you please tell me the name of the task scheduled on Nov16 if you remember the task name?

"Matei bday" for November 16th

I am giving you two more examples:

"Robert bday" for December 2nd
"sf Andrei - grau" for November 30
