WeekPlan App doesnt open in Samsung Galaxy Tab 7+ (Android 10) AND Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (Android 9)

Hello, 
since today the App doesnt open on two different devices so I cannot access my WeekPlan data at all from mobile devices. They are online and connected to the grid. A white window on a black screen opens saying "WeekPlan is closed repetedly".
What has happened?
