Kanban board

It would be nice if you could explain how to set up a Kanban board for a project. The process can certainly be derived from the several search results articles but a straightforward "this is how you do it " wiuld be wonderful.  I absolutely Love what this software is capable of and its exactly what I need!  It needs to be less overwhelming for newcomers. Your audience struggles with organizing and time management. We need to know where to start and how (step by step plan)to succeed.
