Is there any convenient way to copy a task? Dragging it with pressed Ctrl is very buggy, especially on my iMac. It's quite annoying, anyhow: FIRST you have to drag the task and THEN you have to press Ctrl (in other software it’s in reverse order).

Even if it worked on the Mac, the copy-procedure on Windows PCs is still very annoying. Why doesn't it work in WeekPlan like it works in every other web-based software?
On my Mac I use Chrome. When I press ctrl on my Mac and then drag the task, something like a dropdown menu occurs (like pressing the right mouse button or so), linked to the mouse. Difficult to describe it.

What applications allow cloning by pressing CTRL after you started dragging? I think most applications need the CTRL to be pressed before dragging so that they can show the original item stays at its original position while dragging. (to show it is a cloning operation).

Are you using the mousepad on a laptop or a mouse? I'd like to check this behaviour...

On Windows PCs all (!) applications allow cloning by pressing CTRL after you started dragging. Try it out! That's the main way people out there are copying their items on Windows-PCs, I'd suggest.
On my iMac I use the "Magic Trackpad". No mouse.

Can you please mention a Windows application that use CTRL after you have started dragging? I will review it thanks.
I will need to test on a Mac, because it works on Windows / Chrome by holding CTRL first.
Do you use Safari?
What is buggy about cloning? Can you describe a specific bug with reproducible steps?
