I can't unsubscribe from new task added email

I found out someone had the same issue 6 years ago.

When I add a task with the email. I get a email task added and I tried all ways to unsubscribe.

Then when I add a long task title, it slit that task in 2 o 3 tasks.

Little things but it's still anoying so I'm still not sure I will invest time and monthly subscription after the trial.
