After making the browser (Chrome on Mac) smaller (less wide), I cannot drag the tasks anymore to rearrange them. The mouse icon still changes on hover (suggesting one can drag), but the dragging doesn't work.
I actually tried the other day to drag tasks from one day to another and it would not allow me to do this but today it is working. I am relatively new to using this program and I was surprised this simple feature would not work but it seems to be working now. I just wanted to share that I also had issues with this feature.

May we ask for a snapshot of a clip for reference? We'll be more than happy to check this further.

Thank you explaining the issue. Due to some technical reasons we had stopped drag and drop features for mobile devices at the moment though it is our backlog, so it will not work on mobile/tablet screen size.
