Can't create repeating tasks

I can't create repeating tasks or edit a non-repeating to become recurrent. The task is created or edited but the repeating part is just disappearing.

Thank you for your patience and we sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We have been receiving a spike of support requests due to the recent changes.


We understand that you were having issues with the Repeating/Recurring Tasks Feature of the Week Plan.

I have been advised that a recent update has been made to the program resolving the issue.

Hello!


Unfortunately the issue still persists. The steps to reproduce it are the following:

  • Create a weekly goal in one of the roles
  • Edit the goal and assign a due date
  • Set a recurring frequency (e.g. weekly)

The goal is created and it appears in the calendar view, but the recurrence is not set. Further edits are not capable of adding the recurrence.
