Suggestions for prioritizing a large parking lot?
Just completed my first brain dump into ultimate and probably have a few hundred actions in the parking lot spread across 11 lists. My challenge is seeing the full scope of what is in the parking lot in one view (or even seeing what is in one list) to then make decisions about prioritization relative to other tasks. My dream would be the ability to have a quadrant view I could pull up for each list and then be able to drag items into the different quadrants where it automatically applies tags. The only way I can see to do it now is to have my week plan open and then manually write tasks on a 2X2 grid on my whiteboard (erasing and re-writing as I make different decisions), then adding tags later. Would love any thoughts on how you approach it or guidance on features I am missing :-D
