Create subtasks and the number subtasks displays correctly in the Subtasks tab. But click on the Subtasks tab, the tab highlights for the tasks aren't listed so they can't be edited.

Another learning twist, when I create a subtask I need to set the role, generally to the parent role so that I can immediately see it. I think it would be nice to default the subtask to the parent role...but I'll let you think through the ramifications of that approach.

Hi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

May we ask for you to try clearing the cache or refreshing the page?

I checked my end and it's working so far.

We will wait for your feedback.

It’s working now. I didn’t clear the cache or anything. When I saw this yesterday I tried refreshing a few times without success. Looks good now though.

Thanks,
Darrell

Then it stopped working again. I cleared the cache and it is working again. This is not good.

I discovered the problem is filtering. I need to be careful when I create a subtask that the role matches the parent (as appropriate)…or be aware that filtering can filter out subtasks.
 User error … learning curve.

Hi,

Thank you the response.

We are glad to hear that the subtasks are showing on your end. That is correct, the filter function applies to both parent task and subtasks.
