How to work with Team Management
Sorry for the many messages, i'm deeply testing WP before taking decision to work with him (personally and in my company)
As i would like to use WP between our teams, i started creating two: one is for the company tasks (to be shared between our teams), the other is my personal planner.
I set both to be synced with G.Calendar: two G.calendars Business and Personal.
After some test i found that the best way to sync to G.Calendar is the following sync settings:
Team Company sync with Business G.calendar both push & pull + sync with Personal G.Calendar in Pull mode
Team Personal sync with Personal G.calendar both push & pull + sync with Business G.Calendar in Pull mode
Only in that way i'm able to see in WP Calendar all my tasks so that i can easily schedule a new one without the risk to overlap a scheduled task in the other team calendar.
I found then that sometime a task scheduled in WP Personal Team does'nt appear in the WP Company Calendar, when many other times i can see it.
I can't understand yet this behaviour .
So probably it's time to learn from you more about team management....
