Customer service is non-existent. I have reported over and over again that tasks go gray when i move them from day to dayand then eventually disappear when the page is refreshed. You still haven't fixed it, and, worse, have not responded to my concerns.

May we ask which browser you are using? Would you mind to open the developer tool of the browser and try to drag the task and see if you are getting any error in console?
