I am closing this item. Instead of having a morning/afternoon section, I will allow to set a specific time.

Add an option to each task to be AM, PM, NT
When the Day Period option is selected, list tasks in order but separated between these periods.  Show three areas for each day:
AM 05:00 - 12:00

PM 12:00 - 20:00
NT 20:00 - 05:00
You might let the user configure their three periods by selecting their start time, which becomes the end time for the period before.  Then let the user name them is also an option.

This lets someone see what they must do in the morning, night and evening.  For each task, have the user put a time due so it can be sorted correctly.  This can tie into the due date.

When a user put the date something is due, default to 23:59 of that day being it's time due.  Users than can change the time.  Once that date & time is reached, there should be an alert of some sort.

Though, I would not consider this option I can see the benefit.  I might even find myself checking out what is due this way.

The problem is that it would take some space on the interface. I don't know how to fit it all...

This suggestion seems popular but I am not sure I understand it:
for each day of the week, you want to be able to drag and drop the task into a morning / afternoon / night subsection?
