iphone sync and log in

I was very excited to find this app.,  however I am unable to upload it on my iphone even after putting it on my homescreen.  When I hit the sync button, there is a screen that pops up with programming language on it.  I have also tried to log in and cannot unless I use my google acct as it does not recognize my user name and password from my laptop and my iphone.
