Time entries off by an hour

In the last week or two (possibly since the time change), all of my timed entries have moved back an hour. For example, a recurring weekly appointment at 1:30pm is now showing as 12:30pm. Help?

Hi, Christina!

Thank you for reaching out.

Do you have any Calendars synced to your Weekplan account? If so, can you please check if the timezones are also in synced?

We will wait for your feedback.

I do have Google Calendar connected. I'm not sure how to check that the tie zones are synced between the two. But I can tell you that my Google calendar times are correct, and that this calendar has been synced with my Week Plan for months but this only became an issue recently. I have made no changes.

Hi, Christina!

Thank you for getting back.

May we know which time zone you are on both calendars?

On the Weekplan app, you can check this through the Account Settings then select preferences.

With Google Calendar, this can be found on the Settings then select Language and Region.

We will wait for your response.

Thanks for helping me find that information. So this is interesting. In Week Plan, I'm set to Dawson Creek, which is Mountain Time GMT-7.  In Google, I'm set to Edmonton (I'm in Calgary, so that's the closest Canadian city and makes sense for me), which is also Mountain Time, but for some reason is set to GMT-6. I'm pretty sure we follow the same schedule, so I'm not sure why that would be. But clearly this is what is causing my time issues. I've set my Week Plan to Edmonton and all is fixed.
Thanks for helping me sort this out!
