So, what's the best way to define a weekly goal and then have various tasks towards that one. How do I do that?
1. You can create subtasks in the goal
2. You can use your own notation when creating tasks to remind you it is related to a specific goal by using the prefix notation. For example, let's say your goal is to go to the gym three times this week, you can write "Gym: Go to the gym" ("Gym:" will show differently). Also you can use CTRL drag to clone a task.

A goal in weekplan is simply a task that is important to you, and that you want to achieve this week.
A goal can appear in the goals of the week section and in the week section (if you set the date). But if you move it to the parking lot, the goal is moved to that section (only appears there)

Hi Shlomo! A goal is an aim, purpose or desired result. While, a task is a specific action that needs to be done to achieve your goal. Goals may not be measurable or tangible, while tasks must be measurable and tangible.

Hope this helps!
