Drag and drop isn't working for me

I may be using a platform that just isn't worth supporting: whatsmybrowser.org/b/X269V24

It looks like I'm dragging, but when I drop it onto a different date, it just moves back where it started.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out.

We are unable to replicate this with the same browser on our end.

May ask for you to check the date assigned to your task?

Looking forward to your response!

I can manually change the date using that control, but the value doesn't seem to make any difference to the behavior I'm seeing.

I can click on a task assigned to any date, drag it over to a different date (the task visually moves along with the mouse, and it seems to adjust the location of other tasks at the drag target), release the mouse, and everything jumps back to the way it was before.

I first noticed this when I was following the initial tutorial and couldn't schedule items from the "Unscheduled high impact tasks" section.

If I try to drag/drop an unscheduled task from the parking lot, I get almost the same behavior. The only difference I can see is that the drag target doesn't look like it's adjusting.

This does work in firefox (although it feels a little klunky sometimes...it won't let me rearrange checklists arbitrarily, for example. It seems like each item can only move 1 or 2 slots, which is weird).

It does not work in chrome's incognito mode, either. So it isn't a plugin that I have installed.

I don't see anything in the developer console logs to indicate a problem.

Is there anything I can do to help diagnose whatever's going wrong on my end?

Thanks!

We are more than happy to look into this further. Is there a way you can send us a screenshot or video clip of what you are seeing on your end?

Also, does this happen every time you drag a task (any task) on a different day?

Looking forward to your response!

Does https://www.jimrthy.com/drag-drop.mp4 help?

I don't think I've seen drag/drop work at all yet.

I'm sorry. Does https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ht_y5k2em1sYkMsseVa7CJSGmm-UEo8G work any better?

Hi,

Thank you for sending that through. :)

I have forwarded this to our dev team for further checking. I will wait for their feedback and send you the update as soon as I hear from them.

Hi again!

May we ask for you to send us a screenshot of your screen when you press F12 then click Console while you're in Chrome?
