Smooth Animations
It's fun to see the iterative development of this application. I employ a similar development strategy at work, so I also know its pitfalls.
I like the new floating animation when dragging a task around, but it actually impairs the functionality of moving a task. The task often does not move, or it moves into the wrong spot, and the animation does not follow the cursor accurately.
