I added new tasks and want to move it to subtask, how shall I do it? Thanks.

It is not possible at the moment. Subtasks can be only created from the parent task.

You have an option to add task in the parking lot. How can I move those into subtasks into scheduled tasks.

Sorry, you can't make an outside task as a subtask at the moment. You can create subtask from the edit task panel of a task only.
