What is going on with the quadrants?

Sometimes they read "0" and I do have tasks in there. I have to refresh the page for them to show if I want to see how many I have in each Q. I put a 2 at the end of some of my tasks, but no tasks show up in Q2, only ?? Q1 which is for Urgent does show the tasks.
