personal assistant module

Why am I not able to check off items? I keep getting a tool tip that says "Personal Assistant Module" instead. When I open the workspace, I get a split second window that says something about the Personal Assistant module but it instantly disappears before I can read it. Help?

Sorry Elizabeth, a bug appeared before I left to go in holidays. This is why it took me a while to fix it and reply to you.
