I might found the small issue in WP.
I add 'new role'
than I add 2 tasks under this role
...but in Backlog by roles section there is NO task listed within this new role.
what is wrong?
it seems that new tasks put into the old roles also dont show within Backlog.
please help

the task I am talking about it is NOT in the HITs sidebar. it is a regular task.

The Backlog By Role is like a categorized board, similar to a Parking Lot. It's where you put tasks based on their roles until you plan to schedule them in the planner. If you create a task in the planner and assign a role to it, or if you make a HIT (High-Impact Task) from the sidebar under a role, it won't show up in the Backlog By Roles list. This is done to avoid having the same task appear in multiple places. The HIT's sidebar displays tasks planned for the current week. When you're ready to schedule tasks that are parked in the Backlog By Roles or any other board, you can drag them to the HITs sidebar.

Are you indicating that you cannot locate them in the HITs sidebar? The HIT sidebar is designed to show tasks scheduled for the current week exclusively. If this is not the situation you're experiencing, could you kindly provide additional details or share a screenshot, of where you are not seeing the tasks under the Backlog by Role list?
