Can't drag items within a day

I would like to be able to drag items on a particular day and rearrange them in order of importance.  In the past I have been able to do this on my iPad and through the iPhone app but for a week or so, I can't seem to drag anymore.  I used to be able to press and hold an item, drag it to the left a bit and then move it up or down.  Is this feature coming back or am I doing something wrong?  I miss it and used this feature a lot. I really do love weekplan.net! Thanks!
