I am following all your instructions to synchronize my activities with Google Calendar. I already submitted this request to the help desk two weeks ago, and no one has responded yet.... I still can’t get anything to sync.
Could someone please provide technical support or advice?

Apologies for the delayed response, and thank you for reaching out.
It seems you’ve connected your Google Calendar to Week Plan, but haven’t selected any calendars to sync. Please check your integration settings and select:
After selecting the calendars, make sure to click Save.
The first sync may take a few minutes. If you don’t see the changes after that, you can manually trigger the sync by clicking the Trigger Sync button once.

The calendar(s) you want to pull tasks from (sync tasks from Google Calendar to Week Plan), and/or
The calendar you want to push tasks to (sync tasks from Week Plan to Google Calendar).
After selecting the calendars, make sure to click Save.
The first sync may take a few minutes. If you don’t see the changes after that, you can manually trigger the sync by clicking the Trigger Sync button once.
