Is it only me? Journal formatting

Lists and quotes formatting does nothing in the Journal. Paragraph margins aren't there. That's only what I've noticed, I have a feeling there's more.

This is in FF, Chrome, Safari, Mobile Chrome at least. I suspect there is some CSS "bug".
