Bug: time updown widget only increases time

When pressing on up/down arrows in time, the time increases regardless of which arrow is pressed.

It happened with both the 'expected' and 'actual' time of task up-down arrows.

But I just tried again and the problem didn't exist.
Did you fix/change anything since I complained?
