is there a quick way of adding prescribed time for appointments when adding the task,

rather than having to click back into the task once created and go to the time button, e.g. like you can shortcut adding the duration by typing ~30m at the end for duration? Sorry probably being dense here, if so, please help me out!

Thanks for that, that's a really useful link, knew there would be instructions somewhere, just struggle to find stuff.
