Parking lot lists not specific to workspace - weird!

I've just discovered that the 'parking space' type lists are global and not specific to a work space. This feels weird, as I sort of assumed that a 'work space' was a device to separate different areas of one's life - like work and personal.

I think the product could benefit from having an enhancement that allowed a 'parking lot' list to set as workspace specific or global.
