my information does not transfer well between desktop and the app

I will add say, a shopping list to my planner in the desktop version and will later go to look at it while at the store and the information does not show up on the app. It is definitely not the connection either.

Is your iphone WeekPlan app logged in with the same user as the web user? Try to pull down inside the iOS app, it will trigger another sync.

Thank you for getting back to us. We understand how this can be annoying and we apologize.

The iOS app allows you to see your phone calendar, but it is not pushing them to our servers, so the web app doesn't know about them.
