I Can notDownload all the tasks of this workspace for the current week only in a .csv file (comma separated values).

Hi, my problem is whenever I click to download csv file, nothing happens. So if possible, could you please send me a csv file? I am considering it as a great back up method but if I have a PRO package and it does not produce csv file, then it is not perfect.
