Parking lot disappears when refreshing page

I love the new update with the parking lot put back at the bottom of the main page. However, when I refresh the page, the parking lot is completely empty, with no lists at all. In order to display them, I have to click on the parking lot like I’m going to add a list. Then cancel this. After that, the parking lot shows up again.

I’m using iOS 11.1 w/Safari.
