Include original prompts in Growth Journal entries?

I really like the WeekPlan prompts I've been receiving via email. But when I look at them in the Growth Journal, they are entered without the original prompts, which means I can't see the questions my journal entries are in answer to. Can you include the original questions?

You can now see the original prompt and you can set the email frequency.

Hi Josh,


I need to do two things relative to these emails:


1. Show the prompt in the journal, like you suggest

2. Allow user to receive the email daily, once a week, or never.
