I have set up a series of repeating tasks. However, when I i try to edit it get a message saying I can't edit single tasks. How do I edit the series?

Hi, I was getting the same error as the original post mentioned: not being able to edit single task. Then I completed the task. When I go to future tasks in the same series it seems to work though. I will keep an eye on this and if it happens again, I'll add a screenshot to this thread.
