Tasks disappeared

Yesterday I've pulled a lot of tasks from the shedule to the high impact tasks on the right sidebar, then reloaded the page. This morning I can't find any of them, all of them disappeared! Now what? Is there a backup or something? 


I'm a bit disappointed now, this service does not seem very reliable, even though I am paying for the ultimate plan.

Ah, now found out where they've gone. To the high impact tasks the next week, so actually I have them now :-)


Sorry, I was kind of frightened, it was a lot of tasks.


How to move unscheduled high impact tasks between weeks?


Now I can't reproduce this anyway. The sequence was basically:

1. create a task in the schedule,

2. pull to the high impact tasks sidebar on the right,

3. remove the high impact task from the week.

Yes, how to move unscheduled high impact tasks between weeks?


I mean if certain tasks don't show up this week in the high impact task list, only the next week.

Thank you for the response.


May we please ask for a screenshot from where you found those unscheduled tasks that were previously missing?


All unscheduled HIT should show up on these section of your workspace. 


You can schedule those tasks to a different week by clicking the calendar.

Unfortunately, this is a public thread and I cannot share my calendar publicly. 


It is interesting, because these tasks show up on the next week, even though they are unscheduled anyway. An example of such task is: "Fwd: Upcoming Droplet Reboots (Action Recommended)" if you want to look into it (this is a task that is not confidential).
