What is that ticking?
I was making a task and a countdown type ticking was happening. I had to delete the task and start over? Something to do with the Pomodoro Technique ?

The ticking sound is from the timer. Perhaps you have clicked "Start Timer" from one if your tasks?
Just click on the stop button you can see on the bottom page of your workspace.
