Hit back in support system

Hi,

I was just writing up a long piece of question (use case scenario) when I hit "back"-key on my keyboard ad the cursor was not in the text field, and all of my text was gone - as the input form closed.

That is a serious flaw in the system. Or is there some auto-safe feature like in vbulletin or something similiar?

(Lost 30 minutes of text entry - of something really important to me) :(

Mmm I am sorry but I don't think they offer auto save... If you want you can talk with one of us on a video call?

Sounds great. But I cooled down, now I'll keep it short :)

1. Is there a place where I can see all tasks associated to a role? Not every task of a role is "high impact".

2. I have my wife as "default participant" in my "household" role. But she doesn't see it, unless she opens my "Just me" week plan - and then she see everything (so all my roles). What am I doing wrong.

Thanks a lot. I hope the shorting makes it still intelligible.

PS The rest of my original text was mainly about how I wasn't able to find a proper software tool, which enables planing in The 7 Habits style and how week plan comes very close, but where I see some issues / or points needing attention. And then I would go on to explicate the first point in full lenght - how I plan based on roles, and would pull items for several reasons and benefits from a list of task of one specific role into my week planing, day planing and intra day planing. Maybe we will come to that later, or via video call.

But I wanted to express my thanks and gratitude for developing week plan. It is not only very promising - with some more work - you will have done productive persons a huge favor. Keep at it, it'll last and make impact!

Hi, Jorg!

Thank you for the response.

Our founder is away from his desk at the moment. I will notify him of your response and he will get back to you as soon as he is available.

Regarding your inquiries:

1. Is there a place where I can see all tasks associated to a role? Not every task of a role is "high impact".

- You can use the Filter function to search for the tasks assigned under a particular role.

2. I have my wife as "default participant" in my "household" role. But she doesn't see it, unless she opens my "Just me" week plan - and then she see everything (so all my roles). What am I doing wrong.

 - You can create different workspaces with Weekplan. If you have invited your wife on your team workspace "Just Me", she can view all the details on this schedule including the ones assigned to her avatar.

We suggest creating another workspace solely for your household or personal use. On this screenshot below, you can see that I have 6 different team workspaces ( Just Me, Test, Week Plan, back up, etc.).

What are the issues or points needing attention according to you?

Thanks!
