Diary entries not visible?

I am currently trialling Week plan. Some of my diary entries are visible, but not all of them. there seems no rationale as to why some are visible and others not - those missing are both personal, external invites and recurring events. How can I rectify?

I am a paid subsciber and the very same thing has been happening to my entries since day one. Admitting there is a problem is the first step to recovery.......

Based on the user's statement - "personal, external invites and recurring events", the inquiry might be related with the calendar sync and we are yet to receive a feedback if the user's referring to a different function in the app.
