I have beeen having very similar issues with this as well. I have noticed that sometimes they don't save at all. This is not a new problem.

Yup! Though i fixed it by adjusting the time to my time zone, but still have the same issue

No issue fixed. The time after submitting my journal entry will read 19 hours ago, right after I JUST submitted it
